Announcement of Award DATE & Location
The official reveal of this year’s location, date, and event theme. Berlin is our stage, and the countdown begins.

MARCH-JUNE
CASE SUBMISSIONS
From March to June, cases can be submitted. We already start for the early birds in March.

APRIL
START TICKET SALES
In april, we will start early bird ticket sales. Profit from nice discounts when you're early supporter.

MAY
Announcement of Jury Panel
Meet the industry leaders and experts who will evaluate this year’s submissions. The full jury panel goes live.

JUNE
LONG LIST NOMINEES CATEGORIES & TOP-50
By the end of June, we will announce which cases are on the long list for a category award, and which professionals are on the longlist for the Top-50.

JUNE-AUGUST
PUBLIC VOTING TOP-50
End of June, as soon as the longlist is known, public voting for the Top-50 Affiliate Voices will start.
07
JULY-AUGUST
JURY PROCESS
During July and August, the jury will review all shortlist cases for the categories, and decide which cases will get the gold, silver and bronze awards.

SEPTEMBER
Awards Show in BERLIN
Live ceremony, winners revealed, and a celebration of industry excellence with professionals from across Europe.
